When you are trying to access your Google account, but unable to do so, you need to check for the reason. In most cases, the access is denied just because of an incorrect password. If you want to recover an account which was recently deleted, you might have lost the data of account, but it can be recovered. For Google account recovery of a deleted account, steps are:
Browse the recovery page of Google.
Enter the username or phone number and click Next.
Then, click on the Forgot password link and start recovering.
You can enter any old password for Google account, if remembered.
Next option is to select the date in the calendar when you created this account.
Another option is to use the phone number linked with the account.
If not, you can use an alternate email address also.
After that, you will have the option to create a new password and finally, access your Google account
